Construction
Our parabolic trough is expertly designed with a polished metal mirror, curving into a perfect parabola. This unique shape focuses sunlight onto the focal line, efficiently heating objects placed there. Ideal for applications like solar cooking, our system ensures maximum heat absorption and utilization. We presently offer aluminum reflectors only. With maximum temperature achieved in the range of 100-319 degree Celsius.
Drive Mechanism
Featuring an advanced LED/GPS-based sun tracker, our system intelligently adjusts the orientation of two interconnected troughs to optimize sunlight capture throughout the day, ensuring consistent performance without manual intervention.
Receiver Tube
Choose from our glass tubes, available with or without vacuum options, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350°C for robust and reliable operation in diverse conditions.
Assembly & Installation
Designed for simplicity, our trough system can be assembled and installed on-site by just two technicians, eliminating the need for cranes or special equipment, and ensuring a seamless setup process.
Structure & Reflective Surface
Our lightweight, high-reflective aluminum-based plates are self-supporting with lateral supports on the reverse side. The mirror features a snap lock for easy fitting, combining durability with ease of maintenance.
